General Terms and Conditions
The lease is stipulated between Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L., calle Mayor 38 Local A1 - 03188 La Mata - Torrevieja, Alicante CIF B-54711403 as representative of the owner(s) and the customer.
Booking requests can be made, through this website www.bookingcostablanca.com, by e-mail or by phone. For reservations with more then 30 days in advance, a 25% deposit is due upon booking and the balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L. will send the applicant a booking confirmation via e-mail to confirm the availability of the apartment. The customer must complete the deposit payment within 72 hours from the confirmation of availability. If Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L. does not receive the booking confirmation within 72 hours, the option is canceled.
In case of cancellation of the reservation made, the following provisions apply: up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is for free, less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total price is due.
In case the accommodation is not available for rent due to unexpected circumstances which Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L.cannot be held responsible for, after the booking has been made and confirmed, Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L. will offer the client another accommodation with similar or superior features, without reimbursement to the client or any extra costs for the client.
Costs included in the rental price
All prices shown are VAT free. The cost of final cleaning, bed linen and towels, water consumption, electricity, and administration is included. Ask for our long term, special conditions.
Arrival and Departure times
Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L., offers check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival till 6:30 pm free of charge, between 6.30pm and 0:00am 35€ extra, paid on arrival and after 0:00 am 50€ extra paid on arrival . Check-out takes place before 10:00 on the day of departure, and may, upon request, depart later, provided that there are no arrivals on the same day
Reception and traveller registration
Upon arrival at the accommodation the customer and all persons booked are required to present an identity document to the Property or its representative, for the registration of presences as required by law. The customer undertakes to follow the instructions received during check-in.
A security deposit of maximum 600 € is required upon arrival, any damage to the apartment, furnishings, equipment or building, extra cleaning costs, caused by the client during the stay, will be discounted. The deposit will be refunded within 23 days after departure.
Visitors or guests
The number of people admitted to the rented apartment must not exceed the maximum number of persons booked. The subletting of the rented apartment is not permitted. In case the customer does not respect any of the points contained in this section, Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L., will ask the client to leave the apartment immediately. It is not allowed to bring into the apartment people whose passport or valid identification document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner of the apartment. Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L., is not responsible for the loss of cash, documents, valuables left in the apartment.
Children up to and including 2 years old can stay for free.
Cleaning - Maintenance
The accommodations are delivered clean and in perfect order included bedlinen and towels. Upon departure the accommodation needs to be turned over in a clean and tidy condition as mentioned in the house rules at all times (clean tableware in the cupboard, no left about household waste, clean barbecue, clean oven etc.). In case you fail to comply to these rules, you might not receive your full deposit back.
Additional Cleaning and bedlinnen/towels
Additional cleaning service or bedlinen/towels can be made and paid separately, provided the request is made in advance to allow the organization.
The community swimming pool can be used according to the rules of the community of owners. Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L. is not responsible for the cleaning of the swimming pool. In very few exceptional cases the swimming pool has to be maintained, repaired or cleaned. Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife S.L. cannot be held responsible for possible inconvenience this may lead to.
Behavior and noise
The person who signs the reservation is responsible for the correct and decorous behavior of all the guests who will use the apartment. In case one or more guests behave in an unacceptable manner, Booking Costa Blanca / Aspanishlife, S.L. will ask to immediately leave the rented apartment or house.
Renters are not allowed to cause any noise nuisance to the people in the area. They ought to respect the peace of their surroundings at all times.
Each accommodation has been visited and checked by the Property or representative. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith. House rules are an indissoluble part of the rental contract and need to be strictly observed. In case of problems, the customer is asked to immediately contact the property or his representative. The customer undertakes to grant the property the time necessary to solve any problem. In most cases he or she is able to come up with a reasonable, acceptable solution, and you are still able to continue having a wonderful holiday.
The knowledge of the General Conditions entails their acceptance without reservations or exceptions. If some conditions of this contract were or will become invalid or if a breach occurs in this contract, the validity of the remaining conditions can not be called into question.
