The building is composed of three floors without elevator and this house is on the third floor. It has an area of 28.49m².
This studio has been tastefully decorated and furnished.
When you enter the studio, you will find an open space with a small kitchen, with 4 cupboard doors at the top and 3 doors at the bottom, 1 of which is the built-in refrigerator and the other is the washing machine and the rest is for storing the kitchen utensils. It also has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, extractor fan and cupboards.

The living space, has a 2 seater leather sofa in black, flat screen TV placed on a black glass table, a height adjustable coffee table, useful to be used as a dining or living room table. It has air conditioning, both cold for the hot summer days, and hot for the warmer days. The cold is relative since we have many sunny days. It has a 2 door wardrobe, a black duvet mirror, a ceiling fan with a built-in lamp holder, a double bed of, 135 X 200 meters, with 2 black bedside tables and 2 small lamps, a black headboard with built-in led light.
There is a terrace facing east, overlooking a quiet street, where you can use the outdoor table and chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea
The solarium and swimming pool are for communal use, an ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.

This area of the southern Costa Blanca is very busy during the months of July and August. On Wednesdays there is a market in La Mata and on Fridays in Torrevieja. On Sunday mornings there is a market in the "Campo de Guardamar", which is a market where there are many fixed stalls, from fresh vegetables, to leather goods, to stalls for a tapa with a soft drink.
Torrevieja and the neighbouring town of Guardamar are located in an area to enjoy a pleasant and exciting holiday.
