This residential coastal complex is located in Torre La Mata, a seaside resort located between Guardamar and Torrevieja. Only 270 meters from the longest continuous clean beach on the Costa Blanca South. An apartment where you can fully enjoy the sea, the beach, nature and the many services that can be found here. The village of La Mata has everything, restaurants, cafes, bars, beach bars, children's amusement park, supermarket, bakery, etc. within walking distance.
